Refund Policy
We aim to deliver world-class legal services. If we fall short, here's how refunds work.
Cooling-off Period
You may cancel and request a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided work has not commenced.
Work in Progress
If work has begun, we will refund the unutilised portion of the fee. Government fees and stamp duty already paid are non-refundable.
Completed Services
Once the final deliverable is handed over (certificate, filed return, registered document), the fee becomes non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Email refunds@legalassist.in with your order number and reason. We respond within 48 hours.
